How to use: If you want to replace any icons on your desktop right click on the program (or folder), click on properties. (This only seems to work when u're in desktop mode, but try it in WinExplorer on diff stuff...maybe it'll work for you.) Click the "Shortcut" tab and click on "Change Icon". Then pick the directory you unzipped the icons to and pick an icon!

**If you have Microsoft Plus, you can right click on your desktop, click properties, then click the "Effects" tab. Then choose an Icon and click "Change Icon" and do the same as above. (This is a bit different if you have Windows 95...I'm going by Win 98.)
