Sagami Rei ~ Well we see him first as Sana's pimp. In the beginning since Hayama and Sana's relationship is a bit rocky, he doensn't matter. Once Hayama falls for Sana, Rei is a problem to him. Hayama tries to tell Rei that he's a pedophile but then realizes that Rei is fooling Sana and Hayama is happy once Asako comes back and Sana realizes Rei wasn't her lover.

Sasaki Tsuyoshi ~ When he liked Sana he was Okie Tsuyoshi, but then had his last name changed because his parents got divorced. He liked Sana because she gave him Valentine Chocolates (not with a meaning though) in 5th grade. Once the whole class found out Aya liked Tsuyoshi, Hayama took it to his advantage and got them together getting him off Sana's back.

Kamura Naozumi ~ Man just when Hayama thought he had Sana all to himself...she does a commercial with this actor..who actually was in the same foster home as Sana when they were babies! Naozumi declares his love for Sana right away but she doesn't get it. In the 2nd season, in the New York episodes Sana and Naozumi actually DO go out (which makes me mad) but not in the manga. Eventually Nao realizes Sana still likes Hayama so he breaks up with her.

Toriyama ~ I don't know his first name (I forgot it.) Because of Sana's insane grandmother, she doesn't realize she is set up to marry him and go to Kusatsu. Once Hayama stops by he gives him the dirtiest look scaring him away and he also beats him in a skiing race when they visit Kusatsu.

Take-Chan ~ I haven't seen these episodes translated but what I understand is he's Sana's new "boyfriend" like Rei-kun was. What I DON'T understand is why the hell did Sana decide to go for an old guy again….especially when this guy is her father. (Of course she didn't know this at first.) After Mamma talked to Sana's original mother and they did blood tests, they found out he's Sana's real dad. He had heart problems, and at the end of the arc, he died, and thanks to Hayama, Sana snapped out of it. (Kind of like her Doll Disease in the manga).

Matsui Fuuka ~ Ah...our favorite Osaka chick Fuuka-chan! Sana's best friend...and Hayama's girlfriend!?! Yes that's right..Hayama and Fuuka do date. Unfortunately, their relationship seems stronger in the anime than in the manga (surprise surprise..). Hayama heard a rumor that Sana was dating Naozumi and everyone believed it, so when Fuuka asked Hayama to be her boyfriend he agreed. An accident in the arcade happens, and Fuuka is injured, Hayama is suspended..anyway it all ends with the fact that Fuuka realizes he still loves Sana and they break up.

Ishida-kun ~ Nose bleed boy...because of this idiot the gang believed in the rumor about Sana and Naozumi dating...and that's why Fuuka asked Hayama to be her boyfriend. This kid seems to have this everlasting crush on Sana ...even after he's refused, but he's not a big threat cuz Hayama can kick his butt anyday!
