Instructions:
1.To use ICQ skins you must first have ICQ and ICQ Plus. Click here to download ICQ 2000b / ICQ Plus v 2.05.
2. After installing ICQ and ICQ Plus, restart your computer. Open ICQ, ICQ Plus should automatically be installed in it. If not then just click on the "ICQ Plus" icon in your start menu and it will go inside of ICQ automatically.
3. Click the icon 'ICQ' and then click "Plus". There will be a pop-up screen.
4. Click IMPORT and get the skin from where you saved the zip file to. Do not unzip the skin or it will not appear.
5. Click apply add the skin will load. If you do not like the skin, import another one.
6. There are other options for you to chose from, like random skin. Just browse the different options tabs in ICQ (I know it can be confusing) until you find something cool! ^_^
7. Don't take my skins and stick em on your site. In any way, the info in each skin has my web address on it, so no matter what you can't get rid of credit to me! Hahahah! (ok that's enough)
